Nuclear energy for dummies

I am a nuclear dummy but I want to learn from someone who knows the science before commenting on sensitive issues. All I know is that Mongolia is energy dependent on our neighbours but we are 27th in terms of uranium reserve.

  • In April 2010 I had a chance to interview Ms. Undraa Agvaanluvsan who has PhD in studying nuclear reactions and quantum chaos in nuclei.

She now works as an Ambassador at Large at Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Mongolia but the previous on this talk she is not representing any agency and these are her views on nuclear energy sector of Mongolia. Fast forward to 7.30 to skip old news.

Here is also her report The Global Context of Nuclear Industry in Mongolia
